What We Do:
Church ushers and greeters are essential to creating a welcoming and orderly environment during worship services and church events. Their responsibilities include:
- Greeting and Welcoming, Ushers are often the first point of contact for attendees. They greet everyone with a warm smile and a friendly attitude, making them feel welcome and valued.
- Assisting Newcomers: We provide guidance and assistance to visitors or new members, helping them find their way around and answering any questions.
- Seating and Managing the Congregation.
- Guiding to Seats: Ushers help attendees find seating, especially in crowded services. They may also manage the distribution of worship materials.
- Maintaining Order: They ensure that the congregation is seated in an orderly manner and help manage the flow of people entering and exiting the sanctuary.
- Assisting During Services
- Responding to Needs: They are on hand to address any immediate needs or issues that arise during the service, such as assisting those with mobility issues or attending to any emergencies.
